Explanation of Classes
Sculpt and Stretch- Uses modified Pilates movements to stretch and work the core while increasing muscle tone and strength with resistance exercises.
Bariatric Boot Camp- A variety of light to moderate exercises to increase heart rate and metabolism for maximum calorie burning.
Gut and Butt B Gone- A combination of low impact aerobics and toning exercises focusing on the trouble areas. Includes 15 minutes of isolated abdominal exercise.
Walk it Off- Come walk with us in our group walking session. We will have a set path starting and ending at Bariatric Solutions.
Sit and Sweat- Low impact chair exercises that anyone can do. |
