Vegetable Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 oz. Plain Nonfat Yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives and/or green onions
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp Dried Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Carrots, broccoli, bell peppers and/or cauliflower, sliced
Directions:
With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese until soft, about 2 minutes. Blend in the next 5 ingredients until evenly mixed. Serve with vegetable slices.
One serving = ¼ cup cream cheese mixture, ¼ cup vegetables |
