Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
4 oz. Light, Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp (or to taste) Splenda or Truvia(Stevia) - any non-caloric sweetener
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 small apple, sliced
Directions:
With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese until soft, about 2 minutes. Blend in the next 4 ingredients until evenly mixed. Serve with apple slices.
One serving = ¼ cup cream cheese mixture, ¼ cup fruit
