Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, canned in water, drained, chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 cup Part Skim Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned.
Serve as a dip with reduced fat wheat thins.
1 serving= ¼ cup dip, 5-10 Reduced Fat Wheat Thins
