Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
- ¼ cup. fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms® Strawberry Syrup
- ½ small orange, peeled, quartered and sliced crosswise
- 4 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
Directions
Stir together the yogurt and Walden Farms® Syrup. Spoon yogurt mixture over the orange slices; scatter mint on top.
Another variations: Use Walden Farms® Orange Marmalade instead of the Strawberry Syrup and fresh cut strawberries instead of oranges.

Blueberry Banana Split Recipe
Ingredients
- cups nonfat ricotta cheese
- ½ banana, split lengthwise
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- teaspoons Walden Farms® Blueberry Marmalade
Directions
Spoon ricotta into a dessert dish and place a banana half on each side of the cheese. Put the walnut halves on top and dust with the cocoa powder. Drizzle the Walden Farms® blueberry marmalade on top.
Another variation: Really love chocolate, use Walden Farms® Chocolate Syrup in place to the blueberry marmalade.
