As our Bariatric Surgical Program Specialist, Carmen serves as the contact person in our office for program information. She schedules all potential patients for our information seminars. Carmen handles our surgical program enrollment duties such as scheduling and conducting enrollment appointments. Carmen also handles pre-surgical communication with each patients insurance company until surgery approval. Additionally, she markets the bariatric surgical program to local companies, physician practices, and potential patients.
